12 days of Personal Training. 1 hour each session, 3 times per week. Must use within 4-6 weeks Your training will start with a comprehensive fitness assessment involves a series of measurements that help to determine the current health and fitness level of a client. It provides a variety of subjective and objective information including a preparticipation health screening, resting physiologic measurements (e.g., heart rate, height, weight), and a series of measurements to help determine the fitness level of a client.
If a training session is not canceled with twenty-four hours’ advance notice, Client will be charged for the session. Rescheduled sessions will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a client is more than twenty minutes late for a training session and has not notified the trainer, Client will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the session without participating. If a client is consistently late, loss of a time slot and / or training may occur in trainer’s discretion, Time slots cannot be guaranteed after lengthy vacations or time away without prior communication.
